This position requires experience working with students and a strong background in early childhood education.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards
- Provide individualized instruction to meet the needs of each student
- Create a positive and engaging classroom environment
- Foster a love of learning through interactive activities and educational games
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents/guardians
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the learning experience
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, and assessments

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with preschool or early elementary-aged children
- Strong knowledge of child development principles and best practices in education
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine passion for working with children
- Familiarity with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies
